How do we break clutter on social media in
the mutual fund category and drive business?
We revisited the approach to social more like brand communications, articulated our brand architype as navigator brand. Created a brand springboard “Let’s Plan with Kotak” and weaved entire social media creatives around this, integrated products and drove call to action consistently for over 1.5 year now.
The consistent brand tone, visual grammar and ideas weaved around insight started paying returns and after a year the brand on social had at par engagement with leaders, brand’s organic reach was ahead of the top 3 competitors while adding more organics fans across social platforms.
